The manufacturing process of the steel pipes
The ERW Black Steel Pipes are manufactured by experienced and highly skilled workers. These pipes are developed by the superior quality of raw material which is collected from the reliable market place. All the material collected is tested before use to avoid the poor quality of substances to mix in the manufacturing of the pipes. The manufacturing process is carried out under the strict supervision of the hired expert who has an excellent knowledge about the manufacturing of the pipes.
For their smooth finish and excellent workability, the pipes move through various stages in the production process. These pipes are developed as per the demand of the clients and all the guidelines are followed that are stated by the customers.
During production, online visual inspection is also carried out for surface defects, diameter accuracy, ovality and weld bead shape. Required sample rings as per specification are cut to carry out mechanical testing of weld and body e.g. flattening test, bend test etc. All pipes are then processed in finishing and testing area for pipe end preparation i.e. Facing/Bevelling followed by hydrostatic pressure testing as per
specification.
Individual pipe is then visually inspected for the parameters specified in the specification before offering to the customer's inspection, if any. Data of all tests is re-verified and submitted to the customers.

EN10217 Welded steel tubes for pressure purposes. Technical delivery conditions. Non-alloy steel tubes with specified room temperature properties
Packing: Plastic plugs in both ends, Hexagonal bundles of max. 2,000kg with several steel strips, Two tags on each bundle, Wrapped in waterproof paper, PVC sleeve, and sackcloth with several steel strips, Plastic caps.
Delivery time: 7 day at fastest, based on total quantity or as customers’ requirements
